Who you're buying from
Most vendors in this category are anonymous. That's the bar, and it's a low one — so here is who we are, plainly.

The company
Vuor Labs is the trading name of [registered legal entity name], registered in [state / country] since [year]. Our registered address is [registered address].
[One or two sentences on why you started it — the specific frustration, not "we saw a gap in the market". This is the paragraph people actually read.]
How a batch reaches you
- Sourcing. [Where synthesis happens, and how you choose a manufacturer.]
- Testing. Every batch is analysed by HPLC at [laboratory name, city], independently of the manufacturer.
- Release. A batch is only listed once its certificate clears. [Say what happens to a batch that doesn't — this is the sentence that separates you from a reseller.]
- Storage. Held at [storage conditions] until dispatch.
What we won't tell you
We describe compounds by molecular class and by what published research has examined. We don’t tell you what a peptide will do for you, we don’t publish before-and-afters, and we don’t categorise the catalog by outcome. Not because it wouldn’t sell — because it would be a claim we have no right to make about material sold for research.
If you want to know what a compound does, the literature is public and we’ll point you at it.
Reaching a person
hello@vuorlabs.com reaches a human, and is answered within one business day. Support hours are [hours and timezone].
The chat on this site is an assistant called Sofia. She’s labelled as one, she’s good on reconstitution ratios and storage, and she escalates anything she shouldn’t be answering. She is not a person pretending to be available at 3am.
Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, food, or any household application. Full terms are on the terms page.
Questions about any of this? Email hello@vuorlabs.com and a person will answer.
