Shipping

Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g. 2pm PT] on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else ships within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding [US public holidays you observe].

You receive tracking by email at the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the label is created — so the first scan you see is a real one.

• Standard — 5–7 business days. Free on orders over $150, otherwise [standard rate].
• Express — 2–3 business days. $14.99.
• We currently ship to [list countries/states you ship to]. Orders to anywhere else are cancelled and refunded in full.

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal transit, but they degrade faster warm. Orders over $150 ship in temperature-controlled packaging with a phase-change pack; smaller orders ship insulated.

If a parcel is delayed in transit beyond its delivery window and arrives warm to the touch, treat it as compromised and contact us before use — see the refund policy.

Outer packaging is plain and unbranded. There is no reference to the contents, the compound, or Vuor Labs on the outside of the box. The sender name on the label is [name that appears on the shipping label].

If tracking has not updated for [number] business days, email us and we will open a carrier trace. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we replace the order at our cost.

Parcels returned to us because an address was wrong or nobody was available can be reshipped once you cover the return postage. We cannot reship a parcel that has been out of temperature control for an unknown period; that becomes a refund instead.
